What is PUSDRFP?
The Pasadena Unified School District (“District”) will be seeking proposals from qualified parties (“Respondent(s)”) who are interested in acquiring the District’s current offices, located at 351 South Hudson Avenue Pasadena, California 91101 (the “District Property”), in exchange for property owned by the Respondent. The District Property may be exchanged for one or more properties. The District Property is described in greater detail on the following pages and the final RFP. This exchange process is structured to ensure that the District receives the best value from a qualified and responsible Respondent. The specific terms and legal considerations associated with the exchange will be documented in a formal exchange agreement and escrow instructions to be entered into between the District and the successful Respondent. |
